To Tip or Not to Tip...it shouldn't be a question!! Tony from Tony Televsion talks about Tipping in America. It's out of control...we'll tip for a coffee at Startbucks but we won't tip a bartender or waiter who brings you a free cocktail.

Come on now people be respectful of your fellow human being...Waiters and Bartenders have NO Health Benefits or 401K..don't treat them like they like do. If you don't want to tip....STAY HOME!!
