Let me start by saying, "I'm no Chef...now I can cook, but I cook like a barbarian...I heat it and I eat it...No glitz and glamour, not much spice...in fact i couldn't find my way around a Spice Rack if my life depended on it. Question for you, "What the hell is Thame?"

But....know this...My Mother is an amazing Chef...her Sauce is World Renowned . Anyone who's had it can't live with out it...it's like crack...you need a fix. It's a Sicilian Sauce and WOW! Just WOW!

In fact I urge those who've had my mothers sauce to make a Video and Send it to me, I'll post it right here on this page.
